Forward Karson Kuhlman scored the lone goal for the Kraken while goalie Philipp Grubauer stopped 25 shots.

Top line shut out
Top Flames scorer Johnny Gaudreau is still looking for his 100th point of the season. The team’s top line of Gaudreau, Elias Lindholm and Matthew Tkachuk was held without a point in a game for the first time since the Buffalo Sabres’ 1-0 overtime win over Calgary on March 18.
Gaudreau has 99 points so far in the 2021-22 NHL campaign (34 goals, 65 assists in 72 games played). Tkachuk is second in team scoring with 89 points (34G, 55A) and Lindholm, who leads the Flames in goals scored with 38, third with 73 points.
The Flames open a three-game homestand on Tuesday against the Kraken (7 p.m.)
